Our story

More than Studio Editions

Although SYNTRIQ is a new studio, the experience behind it spans more than 20 years of building businesses, developing brands, managing complex projects and bringing new ideas to market.

We created SYNTRIQ after seeing how difficult physical production can be for growing brands.

Businesses are often forced to choose between generic promotional products, factory minimums that are too large, or a fragmented collection of designers, printers, makers, packaging suppliers and fulfilment companies.

A brand may have a strong identity on screen, only to lose that identity when it becomes a physical product. We believed there should be a more considered way.

SYNTRIQ was created to bring product, decoration, packaging and delivery into one connected production process—giving brands greater control over how their ideas take physical form.

A connected approach to making

The product determines the process

Every SYNTRIQ project begins with how the finished product needs to look, feel and function.

We consider the object as a whole: its intended use, material, construction, decoration, durability, packaging and presentation. The production method follows the needs of the product—not the limitations of a particular machine.

Our own studio capabilities are supported by a carefully selected network of local artisans, specialist makers and professional production partners. This allows us to bring together complementary materials, disciplines and processes within one coherent project.

A leather element may be produced by a skilled leatherworker. A wooden component may be shaped and finished by a specialist maker. Packaging, engraving, printing, assembly and fulfilment may then be coordinated through the SYNTRIQ studio.

You work with one accountable production partner, while every component is handled by the people and processes best suited to making it.

One studio. The right people and processes for every detail.

Our approach

Made to look right—and work properly

A beautiful object is only successful when it performs as intended.

That is why we look beyond surface appearance. We consider how a product will be held, opened, carried, displayed, stored, transported and used over time.

Materials and finishes are selected not only for how they photograph, but for how they behave in real life.

Packaging must protect as well as present. Decoration must suit the material beneath it. Construction must suit the way the object will be handled. Products must also be capable of being reproduced consistently when a client returns to reorder.

This practical, multi-material approach allows us to create products that feel considered rather than merely branded.

Capability

Everything needed to move from idea to finished stock

Product development

Material selection, initial concepts, sampling and production specifications before a full run is approved.

Studio decoration

Engraving, cutting, printing, marking and short-run finishing using the processes most appropriate for the object.

Specialist craft

Access to selected leatherworkers, woodworkers, packaging professionals and other specialist makers.

Proofing and quality assurance

Artwork checks, digital proofs, pre-production samples where required and documented checks before dispatch.

Assembly and kitting

Products, packaging and printed materials assembled into coordinated sets, ready for individual or bulk delivery.

Fulfilment and repeat production

Storage, distribution and retained specifications that make future orders more consistent and straightforward.

Studio and production network

Flexible by design

SYNTRIQ is not defined by a single material, machine or production method.

Core prototyping, decoration, printing, assembly and fulfilment can be managed through our UK studio. Where a project requires a specialist material, craft or manufacturing process, we work with carefully selected production partners.

We do not pass a brief between disconnected suppliers and leave the client to manage the outcome. SYNTRIQ remains responsible for specifying the project, coordinating the production process, managing approvals and checking the finished work against the agreed standard.

This connected model gives our clients access to a wider range of capabilities without requiring them to manage a separate supplier for every component. From an initial low-volume release to repeat production, the route remains clear and accountable.

Our principles

Three things we do not compromise on

Clear, detailed pricing

Setup, product, decoration and additional production costs are set out clearly. Where a specification change affects the price, it is agreed before production continues.

Nothing produced without approval

Every order passes through an artwork check and digital-proof stage. Production begins only after the agreed specification has been approved.

Made for real use

We select materials, decoration and construction methods for how the finished object will actually be used—not simply for how it looks in a photograph.

Experience

A new studio built on established experience

SYNTRIQ may be new, but the thinking behind it is not.

More than two decades of commercial and project experience have taught us that good ideas need more than creativity. They need careful specification, honest communication, capable people and attention to the details that are easy to overlook.

We bring that thinking to every project—whether we are creating an individual presentation piece, producing a short run of branded objects, developing a hospitality collection, designing presentation packaging or building an original white-label range.

To create physical products that represent your brand properly—in appearance, in function and in every detail.
