UV laser
Permanent high-resolution marking on stainless, anodised aluminium, coated metals and technical plastics. Holds hairlines and small type.

xTool Omni dual head
Dual-head running for batch work and full-colour UV printing on flat and cylindrical items, including white ink.

3D printer
FDM printing in PLA, PETG and ASA for sampling, jigs, fixtures, fittings and low-volume functional parts.

CNC router
Hardwood, acrylic, tooling board and foam machined to drawing for parts, moulds and profiled packaging inserts.

Production network
Specialist capabilities, coordinated by us
Where a project calls for a material or craft outside the studio, we bring in makers we have selected and continue to manage the specification, approvals and quality checks.
Leatherwork
Full-grain cutting, edge finishing, stitching and hardware fitted by selected leatherworkers.
Woodwork & joinery
Solid timber shaping, joinery and hand finishing beyond the scope of small-format machining.
Packaging production
Rigid boxes, printed cartons, sleeves and profiled inserts produced to specification.
