Finished branded goods being packed in the SYNTRIQ studio

How it works

Brief, proof, produce, deliver.

The same clear process whether you buy a single customised line online or develop a full range with the studio.

The process

Four steps, no surprises

Every order — online or bespoke — moves through the same four stages.

  1. 01

    Choose or brief

Start from a Studio Edition or send a project brief with quantities, deadline and artwork. Everything is produced to order, so we quote around what you actually need.

    • Studio Editions as starting points
    • Adaptive brief for custom work
    • Sample requests available
Brief notes, swatches and samples laid out on a studio bench
  2. 02

    Artwork & proof

We check your files against the artwork guide, fix what we can, flag what we can't, and issue a digital proof showing placement, size and colour.

    • Free artwork check
    • Digital proof before production
    • Pre-production sample on request
Laser engraving a mark into a matte steel bottle
  3. 03

    Production

Approved proofs move straight to the bench. Decoration method and finish are locked to the proof, with QA checks through the run.

    • Decoration matched to material
    • In-line quality checks
    • Status visible in your account
UV laser marking a fine logo into a powder-coated steel tumbler
  4. 04

    Deliver & reorder

Packed, labelled and tracked to one address or many. Approved artwork stays in your Brand Vault so a repeat order takes a click.

    • UK fulfilment & kitting
    • Tracked delivery
    • One-click reorders
Finished goods being packed into rigid boxes with tissue

What to send us

Get these four right and the proof usually comes back the same day.

Send vector where possible

AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with outlined text reproduces cleanly at any size.

Raster needs resolution

PNG or TIFF at 300dpi at final print size, with a transparent background.

Specify your colours

Pantone references where colour match matters; CMYK build otherwise.

Tell us the deadline

In-hand date, not despatch date — we work the schedule backwards from it.

Lead times

Indicative turnaround by method

Indicative working days from proof approval. Lead times vary with artwork, decoration, sourcing and volume, and are confirmed as part of your quotation.

FAQ

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

No. We will make a single piece. We love one-off specialist work — awards, prototypes, gifts and commissions — alongside repeat production runs. Per-unit pricing simply improves as quantity rises, and any tooling or setup cost is stated in the quote before you commit.

Do you charge for a proof?

No. Digital proofs and the artwork check are free. Physical pre-production samples are charged and credited against a confirmed production order.

What happens if the proof isn't right?

Nothing goes to production until you approve it. Revisions to a proof are free — we only start once you have signed it off in your account.

Can you hold stock and ship on demand?

Yes. We store finished goods and pick, pack and despatch against orders or a scheduled release.

Ready to start step one?

Send the brief and we'll come back with materials, lead times and a proper price — for one piece or ten thousand.
